Ovaj opis pruža detaljan pregled predivne kuće za odmor u Kaštel Sućurcu, malom mjestu između Splita i Trogira. Kuća može ugostiti 12 osoba, ima bazen od 35 m² i whirlpool za 6 osoba, te se nalazi na potpuno ograđenoj parceli od 750 m² u mirnom okruženju uz more. U prizemlju kuće nalaze se tri spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak, kuhinja s blagovaonicom i prostrana terasa. Drugi kat sadrži dvije spavaće sobe s kupaonicama, klima uređajima i velikom terasom s prekrasnim pogledom na more, Split i Kaštelanski zaljev.

Prvi kat nije dostupan gostima, a prizemlje i drugi kat povezani su vanjskim stubištem. Iako iza kuće prolazi cesta koja povezuje okolne gradove, kuća se nalazi u mirnom okruženju.

U okolici kuće, na 450 metara nadmorske visine, nalazi se planinarski dom “Kozjak” s restoranom i prekrasnim pogledom na Split, Trogir, Kaštela i otoke, a za vedrog vremena moguće je vidjeti čak i talijansku obalu. Također, u podnožju planine Kozjak nalazi se najstarija crkva u Hrvata iz 852. godine, koja je ujedno bila prvo naselje Kaštel Sućurca. Na samo nekoliko kilometara udaljenosti nalaze se tvrđava Klis i najstarije marijansko svetište u Solinu, što čini ovu lokaciju idealnom za ljubitelje povijesti i prirode.

This description provides a detailed overview of a beautiful holiday house in Kaštel Sućurac, a small town between Split and Trogir. The house can accommodate 12 people, has a 35 m² pool and a whirlpool for 6 people, and is located on a fully enclosed 750 m² plot in a peaceful seaside setting. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious terrace. The second floor features two bedrooms with bathrooms, air conditioning, and a large terrace with a stunning view of the sea, Split, and the Kaštela Bay.

The first floor is not available to guests, and the ground floor and second floor are connected by an external staircase. Although there is a road behind the house that connects the nearby towns, the house is situated in a quiet environment.

In the surrounding area, at 450 meters above sea level, there is the “Kozjak” mountain lodge with a restaurant and a beautiful view of Split, Trogir, Kaštela, and the islands, and on clear days, you can even see the Italian coast. Also, at the foot of Mount Kozjak, there is the oldest church in Croatia, dating back to 852, which was also the first settlement of Kaštel Sućurac. Just a few kilometers away, you can find the Klis Fortress and the oldest Marian shrine in Solin, making this location ideal for history and nature lovers.
