Postoji nekoliko znakova"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Kad god se govori o mr\u0161avljenju, radu na liniji, izgradnji mi\u0161i\u0107a i sli\u010dno, uvijek se nekako u razgovoru na\u0111u&nbsp;<strong>proteini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naime, znamo da pretjeran unos masti nije najoptimalniji za tijelo, kao ni prekomjeran unos ugljikohidrata. No \u0161to je s proteinima, mo\u017ee li se i s njima pretjerati?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odgovor je \u2013&nbsp;<strong>mo\u017ee<\/strong>, a kada i ako se to dogodi, tijelo \u0107e vas o tome i obavijestiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dehidracija<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada unesete u organizam vi\u0161e proteina nego \u0161to je va\u0161em tijelu potrebno, va\u0161i bubrezi raditi \u0107e prekovremeno kako bi ih preradili. Tijekom toga, du\u0161ik, sastavni dio aminokiselina u proteinima,&nbsp;<strong>izbacuje se iz tijela putem mokra\u0107e<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0161to s vremenom mo\u017ee dovesti do dehidracije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simptomi mogu uklju\u010divati osje\u0107aj \u017ee\u0111i, umor, vrtoglavicu, kao i neuobi\u010dajeno suhu ko\u017eu ili suho\u0107u u ustima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pjenast urin<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako vam urin izgleda pjenasto, to mo\u017ee biti znak proteinurije ili&nbsp;<strong>visoke razine proteina u urinu<\/strong>.
