Umjereno i kontrolirano gladovanje mo\u017ee pozitivno utjecati na tijelo i um, no va\u017eno je napomenuti da svaki pristup treba biti individualan i pa\u017eljivo prilago\u0111en. Evo nekih klju\u010dnih potencijalnih koristi za zdravlje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Pobolj\u0161anje metabolizma i mr\u0161avljenje<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Povremeno gladovanje mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u <strong>kontroli tjelesne te\u017eine<\/strong> jer smanjuje unos kalorija i pobolj\u0161ava metabolizam. Tijekom razdoblja bez hrane, tijelo koristi zalihe masno\u0107a kao energiju, \u0161to mo\u017ee ubrzati sagorijevanje masno\u0107a. Tako\u0111er se pove\u0107ava razina norepinefrina, \u0161to dodatno poja\u010dava sagorijevanje kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Pobolj\u0161anje inzulinske osjetljivosti<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Povremeno gladovanje mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u <strong>regulaciji razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/strong> i pobolj\u0161ati osjetljivost na inzulin. To mo\u017ee smanjiti rizik od razvoja <strong>dijabetesa tipa 2<\/strong>. Studije pokazuju da gladovanje mo\u017ee smanjiti razine inzulina u krvi, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava u\u010dinkovitije kori\u0161tenje energije pohranjene u masnim stanicama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Stani\u010dna regeneracija i autofagija<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijekom gladovanja, tijelo zapo\u010dinje proces <strong>autofagije<\/strong>, prirodnog mehanizma u kojem stanice recikliraju o\u0161te\u0107ene proteine i dijelove stanica.
