Upravo iz tog razloga, inovativne strategije lije\u010denja \u0160BT2 prijeko su potrebne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oboljelima se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e preporu\u010duje&nbsp;<strong>ograni\u010denje kalorijskog unosa s ciljem postizanja kontrole tjelesne mase i po\u017eeljnih vrijednosti glukoze u krvi.<\/strong>&nbsp;Me\u0111utim, mnogi oboljeli te\u0161ko se pridr\u017eavaju klasi\u010dnih dijeta jer je unos energije potrebno svakodnevno pratiti. Nedavno je istaknut jo\u0161 jedan pristup lije\u010denju koji se temelji na ograni\u010denju vremenskog razdoblja unosa hrane bez svakodnevnog brojanja kalorija. Ovakav na\u010din prehrane naziva se \u201evremenski ograni\u010deno jedenje\u201c ili \u201epovremeni post\u201c koji podrazumijeva da se svaki dan odre\u0111eni broj sati posti. Du\u017eina posta mo\u017ee varirati pa je tako naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i oblik posta 16\/8 koji podrazumijeva da se tijekom 16 sati u danu posti, a 8 sati jede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dokazi pokazuju da ograni\u010denje vremenskog razdoblja unosa hrane na 6 do 10 sati tijekom 24 sata dovodi do smanjenja energetskog unosa za 200 do 500 kcal\/dan.<\/strong>&nbsp;Tako\u0111er je uo\u010deno lak\u0161e pridr\u017eavanje spomenutog na\u010dina prehrane u odnosu na klasi\u010dne dijete. Mogu\u0107i razlog je \u0161to pojedinci sami odabiru hranu koju \u0107e jesti, a vrijeme konzumacije prilago\u0111avaju svojim obvezama i navikama hranjenja. Prethodne studije koje su istra\u017eivale u\u010dinak povremenog posta kod odraslih osoba s \u0160BT2 zabilje\u017eile su gubitak tjelesne mase od 1 % do 4 % te smanjenje razine glikiranog hemoglobina, HbA1c za 1,5 % kod osoba koje su se pridr\u017eavale posta usporedbi s kontrolnom skupinom. Me\u0111utim, provedena istra\u017eivanja su kratko trajala (3-12 tjedana) te nisu provedene usporedbe sa standardnim smanjenjem kalorijskog unosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoga je nedavno provedena \u0161estomjese\u010dna studija usporedila u\u010dinke tri obrasca prehrane, 8-satnog posta (jedenje sve hrane izme\u0111u 12 i 20 sati, bez brojanja kalorija), prehrane s dnevnim ograni\u010denjem kalorija od 25 % te uobi\u010dajene prehrane na kontrolu tjelesne mase i razine glukoze u krvi u skupini odraslih osoba s \u0160BT2 i pretilo\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studija je uklju\u010dila 75 sudionika nasumi\u010dno podijeljenih u tri skupine: pojedinci koji su se pridr\u017eavali vremenski ograni\u010denog unosa hrane, pojedinci koji su smanjili unos kalorija te kontrolna skupina. Sudionicima je tijekom \u0161est mjeseci mjerena tjelesna masa, opseg struka, vrijednosti glukoze u krvi i drugi zdravstveni parametri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unato\u010d ve\u0107em smanjenju tjelesne mase,&nbsp;<strong>smanjenje razine HbA1c bile su sli\u010dne u obje skupine u usporedbi s kontrolnom skupinom.<\/strong>&nbsp;Sudionici skupine koja je pratila vremenski ograni\u010den unos hrane lak\u0161e su se pridr\u017eavali svog na\u010dina prehrane te su postigli ve\u0107u ukupnu restrikciju energije u usporedbi sa skupinom koja je smanjila kalorijski unos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenici zaklju\u010duju da je povremeni post, bez svakodnevnog brojanja kalorija u\u010dinkovita strategija za mr\u0161avljenje i sni\u017eavanje razine HbA1c kod osoba s \u0160BT2 i pretilo\u0161\u0107u.
