Masna riba i ulje algi posebno su bogati omega-3 masnim kiselinama EPA i DHA, koje su posebno korisne za zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodaje i da je usto va\u017eno u organizam unositi \u0161to manje transmasnih kiselina&nbsp;pa je bolje koristiti maslinovo ili repi\u010dino ulje umjesto suncokretova&nbsp;ili kukuruznog.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nikad nije kasno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao op\u0107e pravilo&nbsp;dobra je zamisao \u2018pribli\u017eiti se\u2019 mediteranskoj prehrani, odnosno povr\u0107u, vo\u0107u, za\u010dinskom bilju, ora\u0161astim plodovima, sjemenkama, mahunarkama, cjelovitim \u017eitaricama i maslinovom ulju, uz konzumiranje umjerenih&nbsp;koli\u010dina&nbsp;plodova mora, peradi, jaja i mlije\u010dnih proizvoda.
